Hamas on Sunday urged Arab and Islamic nations to act decisively to end what it called the Israeli regime\u2019s \u201cstate of lawlessness\u201d and violations of international law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a memorandum addressed to the foreign ministers of Arab and Islamic states convening in Qatar, as well as to international organizations, Hamas condemned the attempted assassination of its negotiating team in Doha and the ongoing genocide in Gaza. The movement called for a complete political and economic boycott of the Israeli occupation and for its isolation regionally and internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hamas emphasized that \u201cIsrael\u201d must be held accountable for its crimes and forced to respect international law, guaranteeing the Palestinian people\u2019s rights to freedom, independence, and return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Earlier, Arab and Islamic foreign ministers declared that Qatar\u2019s security is an inseparable part of Arab and Islamic national security, warning that the Israeli attack on Doha was a violation of international law and a dangerous provocation threatening regional and global stability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The appeal coincides with an emergency summit of Arab and Islamic leaders taking place Sunday and Monday in Doha, where discussions are focused on the repercussions of recent Israeli attacks on Qatar and the targeting of Hamas officials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
