He said that humanity is being devastated and subjugated through various schemes, including bombing independent states with thousands of tons of explosives, as in Gaza and other regions, or burdening sovereign countries with debt. He added that new conspiracies are being used to create food crises, leaving people in oppressed and indebted regions facing severe deprivation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He explained that the absence of economic justice has subjected humanity to a class-based system in which the wealthy accumulate enormous fortunes and become increasingly rich, while the poor are deprived even of basic food because of unfavorable conditions and the lack of equal opportunities. He added that communism and socialism had failed to deliver economic justice to the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He made these remarks in a message marking <strong>World Food Day on October 16 and the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty on October 17<\/strong>. He noted that although the United Nations is widely regarded as an internationally recognized institution and has designated international days to raise public awareness of various issues, it must take practical and effective action to address these challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He observed that the prevailing economic system has constrained the entire world. According to him, communism and socialism, despite emerging with appealing slogans, failed to provide economic justice to humanity and instead left it facing an even worse situation. Citing previous United Nations statistics, he stated that more than 20% of the world\u2019s population struggles to obtain basic food, attributing this situation to the imposed economic system and unjust governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Concluding his message, Ayatollah Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi emphasized that <strong>Islam is a comprehensive way of life that upholds equal fundamental rights, economic justice, and just governance<\/strong>.
