The Leader of Shia Muslims in Pakistan, Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi, stated in his message on the occasion of International Women’s Day that women are a key pillar of society and a fundamental source of education and social reform.
He emphasized the dignity, protection, and rights granted to women by Islam and encouraged women to follow the noble example of Fatimah al-Zahra.
In his special message, he noted that women play a vital role in shaping society and nurturing future generations. He stressed that Islam has granted women honor, respect, and a high status, and that it is essential to resolve women’s issues and ensure their rights.
He further stated that the personality of Hazrat Fatimah al-Zahra represents the best model for women in every aspect of life.
He concluded by emphasizing that a strong and stable society requires ensuring women’s rights and enabling them to utilize their personal and social capabilities within the framework of Islamic teachings.
