Rawalpindi (May 6, 2026)
The Leader of the Shia in Pakistan, Ayatollah Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi, met with a delegation from Astan Quds Razavi (the shrine of Imam Reza, peace be upon him) in Mashhad, Iran.
The delegation included: Hujjat al-Islam Syed Hosseini, Head of the Library; Mr. Kashani, International Affairs Expert; Mr. Naeini, Qari and Moazzin; Syed Murtaza Fatemiyan, Cultural Expert; Hajj Agha Meshki, Cultural Attaché; and Mr. Mehdi Bahmani (Secretary, Political Section, Embassy of Iran in Islamabad).
The delegation presented the flag of the holy shrine along with blessed relics (tabarrukat), and the leader expressed his best wishes for the delegation.
